Property information

Filled with curios, cherished collectables, and artwork from the owner’s forays over the years, there is nothing cookie-cutter about Kington Grange. The ground floor flows effortlessly through a sunny garden room, a divinely peaceful drawing room, and an elegant dining room. The large kitchen boasts an AGA for aspiring Heston’s or Nigella’s and leads into a glorious orangery/breakfast room with a row of doors that can be thrown open to the garden. Seven distinctly different bedrooms named after Shakespearean characters lie across the first and second floors and offer charm and character in abundance. Old beams, quirky corners, beautiful upholstery handcrafted by the owner and antique furnishings create welcoming spaces. Step outside and there are pretty gardens to discover complete with a tennis court, sweeping lawns for garden games and summer picnics, a natural swimming lake and a patio. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25. Hen parties are accepted for an additional deposit. There is a natural swimming lake in the garden. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. An additional fee of 150GBP applies and it must be requested at the time of booking.  We ask our guests for a security deposit of 1000GBP to be paid by bank transfer. This will be transferred back to you within 48 hours of departure if there is no damage. Please note, if you would like the master bedroom to be arranged as a twin or if you would 'The Hero Room' to be arranged as a super king, please contact us directly 7 days before arrival. 

Neighbourhood information

Set within leafy Warwickshire, close to the Bard’s birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon, there is much to see and do. From countryside walks and cosy pub lunches to exploring historic towns such as Warwick and even the vibrant and exciting city of Birmingham with its world-class concert venues and sporting events. There are footpaths in all directions and two friendly local village pubs within a 30-minute stroll. Nearby Henley-in-Arden has an up-and-coming dining scene with a range of interesting pubs and restaurants.
