Property information

Kist Accommodates introduces this stunning Penthouse apartment in the centre of Ripon where guests can benefit from amazing views of the Market Square and Ripon Cathedral. The Penthouse is perfect for those visiting the area for business or pleasure and comes with allocated parking and free WIFI. The Penthouse is naturally located on the top floor of this beautiful newly renovated building. Guests enter the apartment into the main hallway. The first bedroom is located to the right and houses a luxurious king size bed, bedside tables and enjoys direct views of the market square. Opposite this bedroom is the main bathroom which boasts a bath, overhead shower, toilet and basin. Further down the hallway, guests will find the second bedroom to the right with a sumptuous double bed and further views of the market square. Opposite this is the third bedroom which benefits from another plush double bed, fitted wardrobes and it’s own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. At the end of the hallway is an impressive open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen area and certainly possesses the ‘wow’ factor. The Living Area has an enormous corner sofa and a 55 Inch smart TV with all of the standard digital TV channels and Netflix preloaded. The Dining Area contains a substantial solid dining table with seating for 6 and the kitchen area has everything you need for both short or long term stays. The Kitchen has integrated appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher as well as an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and our personal favourite, a large American-style fridge freezer. At the rear of the kitchen, guests can exit onto the rooftop terrace which benefits from views over Ripon and in particular, Ripon Cathedral. The allocated parking space is located at the rear of the building in block’s own secluded car park. There is an additional space available with advanced notice.

The little city that packs a big punch. Ripon is a cathedral city steeped in history and home to magnificent historical buildings and long observed traditions. You will find a trio of award winning museums and a gothic cathedral that dates back to the 7th century that are waiting to feed enquiring minds With a thriving market place and a magnificent cathedral, this busy little city will earn a place in any visitor’s heart. Reaching out from the market square are small streets and snickets that are home to the eclectic and specialist shops for which Ripon is so loved. Amongst them are cafes and pubs, offering refreshment and home cooked food throughout the day. This city’s history is entwined with the church, both due to the cathedral in Ripon city centre and its proximity to the nearby Fountains Abbey. Ripon also boasts an outstanding racecourse, a glorious stately home, a magnificent abbey and popular theme park. There are always great things to do in Ripon.
