Quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of amenities. 5 minutes walk from tram Station. A few tourist attractions withn half an hr drive from the property. Eg Alton Towers ,Nottingham Forest,Centre parks,Newstead Abbey . East Mid Airport within half an hour drive from property.
