Located in the market town of Keswick, Lake Road House is set in the Lake District National Park. Derwentwater, known as the Queen of the Lakes, and the popular Theatre by the Lake are a 5-minute walk away. Each individually designed room at LakeSide includes a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A selection of toiletries are provided in each en suite bathroom. Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room, which has large windows overlooking the golf course and surrounding fells. A continental breakfast buffet is served fresh each day. Guests can relax in the stylish lounge area, which features contemporary furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Keswick town centre and its shops, pubs and restaurants are just 300 metres from the front door. Company information

Lakeside House was first built in 1894 and since then has been amongst many other things holiday accommodation for church groups as well as a nunnery! It was then transformed into a luxury Bed & Breakfast in 2010 completely renovated from basement to attic and in doing so created a completely new interior throughout. Now with 14 bedrooms over 3 floors every room is immaculately clean and designed to offer a "home from home" experience. We were lucky enough to purchase LakeSide House in 2022 and we absolutely love running it and hosting all of our lovely guests. We take seriously the importance of making every element of your stay smooth and can help with restaurant bookings, days out, taxis - there aren't many people in Keswick we don't know. Since we have taken over the property we have opened up the lovely, bright breakfast room with its fabulous views as a cafe. Charles Smith, a brilliant local joiner has installed a brilliant bar and we now have a beautiful decking out front where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine with a drink (there are also heaters out there!)

LakeSide House is superbly located on the corner of Lake Road and The Heads just a few minutes' walk from Derwentwater and The Theatre By The Lake, and very close to the shops, restaurants and pubs of Keswick town centre - location, location, location - we have it!
