Outside there is off-road parking for 3 cars and a garden with a lawn, gravelled area, and picnic bench. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. You can find a shop and pub within 2.9 miles. Note: There are steps up into the property. Lanshaw Farm/Barn is a gorgeous retreat in the countryside.

This lovely town is split into High Bentham and Low Bentham by the River Wenning, just west of the Yorkshire Dales and north of the Forest of Bowland. The town's 19th-century agricultural show features handicraft, horticulture, and livestock competitions. The annual Carnival and funfair feature workshops, music, and fundraising events. High Bentham has pubs and restaurants, and its train station is on the Leeds-to-Morecambe line.
