Property information

Excellent location in a modern one bedroom apartment, finished to a high standard. Well equipped for the short and medium stay guests. A parking permit is provided, with ample parking on the street directly outside the property. Also complimentary breakfast is served daily at the Victoria Park Lodge. (*except over the Xmas period 23rd Dec - 9th Jan)

Neighbourhood information

Warwick Place apartment is in an excellent location 5 mins walk to Leamington Spa town centre. There is a convenience store and gastro pub The Star & Garter just a few minutes towards town. An excellent little bakery Wilhelmina on nearby Portland Street, with a good selection of Thai, Indian, Turkish, Spanish restaurants on Regent St. If you walk out on Warwick Place, across the road to Warwick St, you will hit the upper Parade - where you will be met by the usual department stores.
