    Ideal location for our visit. Needed to extend our stay and we’re able to do that very easily. Very welcome discount on our next stay. Had an issue with a radiator and we had visit the same day.

    The house was in a lovely quiet part of town and was extremely clean and well-appointed. It was a very cosy and bright house, which was fantastic. Great kitchen equipment and lots of crockery, glasses, etc. Easy to get keys, find what we needed, etc.

We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Short Stay St Andrews offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras. From a super early check in of 2pm to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your choice of property so you are ready to pop open the champagne on arrival.

Inviting 3 bedroom semi detached and recently refurbished house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of St Andrews, which comfortably sleeps 5 adults in 2 King Beds and one Single Bed. One of the King beds can be split to make 2 Singles. The house comes with a driveway, a spacious open plan living room/dining area and well equipped kitchen, brand new shower room and private rear garden. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Guest Access Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre Arrival When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival. During Your Stay We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. If we can help with anything during your stay don’t hesitate to call us during office hours. Our office in St Andrews is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we will be happy to help with any queries. If the emergency issues occur out of our normal working hours during your stay, you can call us and leave a message; or send us an email for our colleague on call to respond to.
