Walking the SW coast path, Jessica picked us up and dropped us off to save the 20min walk up. Quirky cosy peaceful cottage. Exceptional hospitality with delicious supper made by Jessica delivered to the cottage. Highly recommended

What3words ///entire.they.sprinting South West Cornwall HOLIDAYS MADE SIMPLE The Semple family welcome you to come and visit Levalsa House. The Roseland Peninsula. Cornwall. We are the very last house on the left of the lane. It is approximately a mile along the lane so keep going past all the houses and you will see Levalsa House on the left opposite some farm barns. Please drive in through the gate and park beside the property.
We are Paul and Jessica. Previously farmers. The cottages at Levalsa are a 'no frills' comfortable stay with towels, hot water and a comfortable bed. Basic supplies are also included and we are around in case you need help during your stay. Where possible, everything except white goods and mattresses in Levalsa House and the cottages is thrifted, gifted or purchased pre-loved either through friends and acquaintances or items bought through charity. If you would like to learn more about how many items were gleamed, follow us on social media!
Levalsa House is situated down a quiet no-through road and opposite a working farm. Any visitors need to be aware and mindful that farms need to be respected and produce smells and noise and due to farmers working all hours, tractors may be heard day and night. The Roseland Peninsula is a great base to explore the coastline and amazing walks around Polgooth, Pentewan and Heligan. It is just 20 minutes from Truro, 30 from Newquay and St Austell station is a 15 minute drive away, This area has many National Trust properties and dog friendly villages and beaches.
