The space
Little Bay Trees, A Home from Home invites you to experience the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Nestled in the heart of the countryside with an ancient woodland as a backdrop, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful escape. Located in Ifold on a private estate, you'll have access to scenic walks, including the beautiful Wey and Arun Canal.
We are a family of five, with a resident cat named Rosie and a Labrador named Monty. You may find them exploring the garden from time to time.
The area offers plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including a charming village pub, two village shops, and a butcher’s – all just a stone's throw away. A little further afield, you can visit an award-winning brewery that often hosts live music and street food. Right next door is the Milk Churn, a lovely café perfect for breakfast or lunch, offering their renowned Sussex Charmer cheese on toast.
The Space is attached to our home but has its own private entrance and dedicated parking space. This self-contained annex is completely separate from the main residence, featuring a large, spacious bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen area, a dining table, and a luxurious shower room. You’ll also have access to a small outdoor space, part of the main house's garden, which leads to our private family garden. For entertainment, there’s a 50-inch Smart TV, though you'll need your own login for Netflix, YouTube, etc.
The space is ideal for two people, though can sleep 3 on an EZ bed
Another great day out is Fishers Farm, located just a 5-minute drive away. Next door to the farm, you can stop for dinner at the great pub, The Bat and Ball.
A scenic countryside drive of around 30 minutes will take you to the Goodwood Motor Circuit and horse racing venue. London Gatwick Airport is about 40 minutes away. It’s also a perfect spot for those wanting to attend the Loxwood Joust.
Horsham town center, an old market town, boasts a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and high street shops, as well as cinemas, swimming pools, and a mainline train station with direct services to London.
Guildford, a vibrant town, is just 30 minutes from Ifold.
The closest town is Billingshurst, which has a train station, a leisure center, supermarkets, and a great café called Billy's.
