Little Pear Tree is a detached 'studio' style property with an open plan lounge, kitchen & bedroom with a king size bed plus a double sofa bed (all bedding and linen provided) plus luxury shower room, fitted and furnished to a high standard. The kitchenette is 'partially' fitted but there is no oven/hob. There is however a combination microwave oven with grill, an air fryer, portable hob and toaster. Within walking distance of pretty and popular Stock village with it's wealth of cosy pubs and well known restaurants. Little Pear Tree is a short drive from the wedding venues of Stockbrook, Crondon and Greenwoods, which makes it an ideal short term location for wedding parties, their family and friends.
We live in the cottage next door and are always happpy to help where we can.
