The view of the harbour from the lounge window is stunning. This ground floor apartment adjoining the owner’s house is spacious and comfortable, with a large double bedroom, the hallway leads through to the open plan living space, relax on the sofa and just soak up that wonderful sea view over the harbour and out to sea. The galley style newly fitted kitchen opens out to a flagged terrace, enjoy lazy lunches or a glass of wine in the evening while you gaze out to sea. To the side of the property make the most of your own walled secluded garden - a veritable sun trap for relaxing in and beautifully planted with pretty flowering shrubs. It is convenient for all that Fishguard has to offer including shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk. Keen walkers will enjoy taking to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, also on your doorstep, to really appreciate this magnificent coastline. Head North down to the quaint harbour in Lower Town and then up through Aberbach, Pwllgwaelod round Dinas Head and onto Cwm yr Eglwys and Aberforrest until you reach the glorious sandy beach at Newport on the estuary of the River Nevern. Alternatively head south out to Strumble Head, perfect for indulging in a bit of seal and dolphin watching. Bird and wildlife enthusiasts will be enthralled. A short drive will take you further afield to many of North and West Pembrokeshire's sandy beaches and the hidden coves further South, while visit the tiny City of St Davids with its range of facilities, it is a must to wander the medieval ruins of the Bishops Palace and famous Cathedral. Little Pentower is a lovely spot to visit for a couple any time of year, from the moment you arrive you will be mesmerised by the sea view and sure to relax.
