At ground floor level, there is an entrance hall, sitting room,
kitchen, utility room and two bedrooms. At first floor level there are four bedrooms (two with en-suite facilities), a bathroom, shower room and box room. The kitchen is equipped with modern
wall and floor units which incorporate a stainless-steel sink, hob and oven. The utility room is also equipped with wall and floor units which incorporate a stainless-steel sink. The shower room is equipped with a shower cubicle whilst the bathroom has a bath with shower head over, WC pan and wash-handbasin. The en-suites are equipped with shower cubicles, WCs and wash-handbasins.

Invergordon is an Easter Ross town situated on the northern shores of the Cromarty Firth approximately 1 mile south of the main A9 Inverness to Thurso trunk road and 35 miles north of Inverness.
The nearby market towns of Dingwall and Tain lie 13 miles to the west and 12 miles to the northeast respectively. The main regional centre is Inverness which lies approximately 24 miles to the south via the A9 trunk Road. Invergordon benefits from a station on the Inverness to Wick line which is right beside the house and also regular bus services linking the town to Inverness.
