Property info

After our success of Manchester party pad we have now branched out to liverpool party pad and our newest venture, The Spellow pp and Huntly lodge. We are currenly open for room bookings while we carry out the transformation of the properties. Our Manchester pad has appeared on channel 4 and been hailed in the local press as the "coolest place in Manchester to stay". We intend to make Liverpool and The Spellow even cooler. In Liverpool party pad and The Spellow pp, Every week our premises improves and as I write we have 11 rooms complete in Lpp and 5 rooms in The Spellow. The licensed bar in now open for the use of all guests along with the residents only shared area with the hot tub. Our pad is perfect as a base for a night out in town or somewhere to stay after watching Liverpool’s legendary football. We don’t mind if you love or hate our pad, we just want you and your group to have a weekend that you remember. Steve, Zoe & Lulu

Neighborhood info

Our pad is walking distance from Goodison park and Anfield. We are in the heart of Kirkdale, a great working class part of Liverpool. Wetherspoons is across the road where you can get a well earned breakfast. Liverpool city centre is Less than 10 minutes away in a taxi cab.
