    Nice little 3 bedrooms house in a popular area not so far from the city center (around 30-40min on foot). House was clean & well equipped. Tons of corner stores around if you need to buy anything. Surprisingly quiet area.

*Please note, photo proof of ID and address will be required upon booking.* This 3 bedroom, traditional terraced house is spacious and comfortable with facilities to sleep up to 6 people. The property is fully equipped with the kitchen essentials, cable TV & WiFi. There are a host of local shops and take aways, including a 24hr Asda, within walking distance. The city centre is accessible by public transport/car (approx 15 minutes). For drivers, there is free on street parking. Please ensure you read through the policies before you book - we do not allow parties or pets at the property. Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am latest.

The house is located in Wavertree, a popular residential area close to the city centre and Sefton Park. Popular with families and students. Convenient location with local shops, barbers, take away and post office - all within easy walking distance.
