Bedrooms: The master bedroom includes an en suite shower room, a large double bed, a fitted walk-in closet, and a dressing table, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Living Area: The spacious open-plan living/kitchen area features a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, an integrated electric fire, and patio doors that offer breathtaking views of the loch and surrounding hills. The lodge is within the grounds of an established holiday park that includes a bar/restaurant with weekend entertainment, a gym, a soft play area, a games room, a shop, and a laundrette. Nearby access to water sports hire is available from Crieff Hydro Watersports Centre, just a short walk away. There are over 30 golf courses within a two-hour drive from the location, and St. Fillans' own 9-hole golf course is just a short walk or a few minutes' drive away. Comrie Croft Bike Centre offers bike rentals, sales, guiding, and coaching services for all ages. This highly-rated trail centre features an 18km network of handcrafted singletrack trails. For those keen on hillwalking, Ben Lawers, Ben Vorlich, Ben More, and Stob Binnein are all nearby.
