Perfect house for Epsom Downs or to commute into London. Large detached house with parking for 4 cars. Situated in pretty Nork/Banstead. A splendid 5 bedroom home. Large hallway, large living;dining room with patio doors to the rear garden. Large modern new kitchen . 5 bedrooms (4 doubles, 1 single) Family bathroom, plus shower en-suite plus downstairs toilet. Fast speed WiFi. USB points, Smart TVs, Private secluded garden with outside seating. 10 minutes walk to Banstead or Epsom Downs Station.

Leafy lands in Surrey. Rolling hills and racing tracks at Epsom Downs. Nork Village a lovely walk away with a variety of independent shops. Easy raillinks to London and surrounding. Free parking at Banstead station. Residential and relaxing area. For the younger, bars etc in Epsom, Sutton and lots of resturants around for all ages some withing walking distance.
