Enjoy your stay in a charming, self-contained studio annex flat on the raised ground floor. This fresh and clean flat boasts an en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchenette, modern conveniences like Alexa, TV with FireTV, and a washing machine. It offers free parking and Gigabit Fibre internet, and is just a stone's throw from the beautiful Bushy Park. The flat is an annex to my flat but it is private, with its own lockable front door and soundproofing. There is a tiny shared hallway at the front, as I live in the other flat, but both are completely self-contained with no other shared area. I'm keen to provide excellent value for your money. I make a lot of effort to welcome you with a bespoke welcome pack, towel-igami, and complimentary coffees, teas, and condiments. I pride myself on providing a comfortable bed for an amazing sleep, with fluffy towels, spare blankets, cushions, premium dressing robes, and slippers to maximize your comfort. The fully fitted kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, 2-zone electric hob, combo microwave/grill/oven, and all necessary cutlery, crockery, and utensils for self-catering. If you prefer dining out, Hampton Hill High Street and Teddington offer amazing restaurants and a great pub scene, with the nearest pub just 10 seconds away. Despite the proximity, the studio remains quiet, facing Bushy Park's nature sounds. For sports enthusiasts, the area offers rugby, cricket, hiking, swimming, rowing, cycling, running, football, gym, yoga, pilates, Zumba, and aerobics within a 10-minute walk. Whether you're here for work or leisure, you'll enjoy super high-speed 1 Gigabit full fibre WIFI and access to entertainment channels like Freeview, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Paramount+, and Netflix (own subscriptions required). There's also a worktop with stools for eating or as a workspace for your computer. Book your stay at the Studio – you won't regret it! I look forward to welcoming you.
I'm 40 years old and am originally from Liverpool but have lived in West and SW London for the past 16 years although I have deffo kept my accent. The studio flat is an annex to my flat so I'm just next door if you need anything - both flats are isolated and self sufficient with their own front doors - there's a tiny hallway at the front that we both use but that's it so you can see me as little or as much as you like! :-) The flat is accessible via a lockbox at the front door and you have all the utilities there if you want to cook for yourself whilst staying here. My name is Michael - feel free to contact me if you have any questions before hopefully making your booking!
Nestled in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Hampton Hill is a picturesque and vibrant suburb, rich in community spirit and surrounded by natural beauty. This neighborhood, brimming with life, offers residents and visitors a quaint yet dynamic environment, characterized by its close-knit community, array of local businesses, and access to stunning green spaces. Central to its charm is Bushy Park, a sprawling royal park, where nature enthusiasts can revel in lush landscapes, observe deer in their natural habitat, and enjoy peaceful strolls or bike rides along tree-lined paths. The area's historical allure is punctuated by the magnificent Hampton Court Palace, a testament to England's rich past and a must-visit for history buffs. Hampton Hill's High Street is a hub of activity, offering an eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants, catering to all tastes and preferences. Whether you're craving a traditional English breakfast, international cuisine, or just a cozy spot for afternoon tea, you’ll find plenty of options to indulge in. Cultural offerings abound, with local theaters and art galleries providing a taste of local talent and creativity. The nearby Rose Theatre in Kingston and the Hampton Hill Theatre showcase live performances, offering entertainment for all ages. The community's sports facilities and outdoor spaces encourage active lifestyles, while the annual festivities and events, such as the Hampton Hill Christmas Parade and local markets, foster a sense of togetherness and celebration. Additionally, you'll find excellent transport links, with nearby train stations providing easy access to central London, making it a perfect base for exploring the capital's iconic landmarks.
