Attractive, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Comfortably sleeps 4 in one double and one bunk bed room. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge also. The property is part of the Marine Park development a short walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is ample on-street free parking directly outside. EPC Rating D

Neighbourhood information

Elie and Earlsferry are two of the most picturesque towns in the East Neuk with a beautiful long sandy beach and a pretty little harbour. The golf links are the feature that join the beautiful villages of Earlsferry and Elie and the local population are justifiably proud of their ancient course. The course has evolved over the centuries from a simple links golfing tract in the 1500’s to the fine 18 hole course it is today. Elie town centre has lots of little shops ranging from the Elie Deli, Carol's Ice Cream Shop and the pharmacy, all the way to The Ship by the Harbour with it's beach cricket and good food.
