Discover comfort at a cosy haven! You will be close to everything you need! Families welcome (notify me) Double Bedroom (Cot/Toddler bed available for fee), extra pullout single bed available for a fee. Cosy mattress Electric Blanket heater Smart TV in room with Netflix & Prime video Fresh Towels & Toiletries Large Equipped kitchen with Crockery Spacious Living room with 75” TV (Netflix, Prime) High-Speed Internet Secure parking at the rear No Pets or Smoking in the house No parties or events are allowed. Two bedrooms on the top floor in a home share a bath between both rooms. Shared kitchen on the ground floor with additional toilet. There is another room on the middle floor with a private bathroom with other guests sometimes present.

Lots of shops and food places on Crayford high street Free secure parking behind the house, walking distance to several amenities and train station. 10mins walk to CRAYFORD station 5mins to ALDI, Sainsbury’s & Retail park Bus 96 to Bluewater shopping and Bexleyheath Shopping centre
