A centrally located 2 bedrooms house, with living room, fitted and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and garden. Kitchen has integrated appliances including Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and integrated hob and oven. Bathroom is of a fantastic standard and finish and there is a further guest W.C on the ground floor. It is 5 minutes walk to the bus station, 15 minutes to University of Birmingham, 20 minutes to the city center and main shopping areas and Colmore Row.
