It’s a lovely and cosy property very close to the Elizabeth line with lovely amenities nearby like Lidl Shop, Sainsbury’s and Coop and the gym, the library and Southmere Lake. 20-30 minutes from central London. Distance: • 5-15 minutes from big supermarket Sainsbury’s and Grocery shop Lidl, Southmere Library, Southmere Lake and the gym across the road • 30 minutes from Canary Wharf (Elizabeth Line) • 37 minutes from London City Airport • 37 minutes from Liverpool Street (Elizabeth Line) • 40-50 minutes from Cutty Sark, Greenwich • 40 minutes from the O2
