Company information

We started the Shepherd's hut's in 2020 with 2 and season 2022 will are bringing on other aboard with a bathroom. Laura runs the Shepherd's Hut's and kerwin builds them by hand. They are situated in our Grounds alongside bed and breakfast in Main house offering two en-suites bedrooms. Guests can enjoy the large garden again managed by Kerwin and Laura.

Lucker Mill Shepherd hut is new venture for Kerwin and Laura newly built by Kerwin for season 2020! set in grounds for their home .The hut is made for two to get away from bustle of life and getting back to basics of life. The hut consits of double bed with storage underith, wood burner stove to heat the hut, table and couple of chairs. Lighting is tealights and warmth comes from wood burner.You can enjoy the peace and wild life sitting on balcony with something nice. A short skip and jump you have shower and kitchen block with hot water for showering, flushing toilet with hand wash basin. kitchen comes with kettle, micowave and washing machine and drying rack.Also fire pit wood and coal can be brought from us or bring your own.

Lucker mill Shepherds hut is only 3.5 miles from Bamburgh castle and beach when you can go for long walks. Grace darling museums is famous for young grace who sailed out to rescue men from ship weck. Seahouses is famous for getting across the sea to Farne Islands famous for bird life. Lindisfarne island holy island is only 14 miles away reminder check tide tables. Alnwick castle and gardens are 9 miles away . Edinburgh is only 85 miles ways by train from Berwick upon tweed or Newcastle Upon Tyne 35 miles. Eating out is available in in Lucker village The Apple Inn pub and The White Swan Inn is 1,5 miles away . Remember to book ahead.
