Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, this stunning converted Cow Byre opens onto a private enclosed south-facing garden with hot tub and uninterrupted views. The rural property benefits from fibre broadband, smart TVs, outdoor living spaces and a well-lit private parking area with EV charging point and is wheelchair friendly. North Nibley village is on the popular Cotswold Way with a pub and cafe. Cotswold market towns close by. Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham and Gloucester within an hour’s drive. The sympathetic conversion preserves original features including interior stone walls, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Make the most of the property's excellent self-catering facilities and dine in the open-plan living space. The well equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar and dining table for six. Soak up a film in the cosy lounge area with a 55-inch smart TV or admire the garden views and sunsets. The Cow Byre sits on a quiet, secluded no-through road with the village of North Nibley a brisk 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive where you will find a local pub for dining and a cafe to relax and unwind with your 4-legged friend. Once in the village you will link up with the Cotswold Way with options for a circular walk taking in the Tyndale Monument and Waterley Bottom or hike over to town. If biking is more your scene, cycle up to the woods for some extreme downhill routes or sweeping single tracks or hit the roads to explore the region’s quiet lanes. Once back at The Cow Byre you can hose off your bike and store it safely in the lockable bike store. North Nibley is located within easy reach of vibrant city life in Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bath where you will find something for everyone. Or choose to stay closer to home and visit the historic market towns of Dursley and Wotton-Under-Edge which host a range of cafes and restaurants and Wotton boasts an independent cinema, outdoor swimming pool and a range of arts and crafts boutiques. You will find all the amenities for your local needs (supermarkets, hardware store, Post Office, hospital) and activities for entertaining the children (Cattle Country, local play areas, indoor swimming pool).
