Nestled amongst trees and farmland beyond, this luxurious property is the perfect escape for all the family. Positioned just 0.8 miles from the beach at Porthtowan, unwind in the hot tub under the star lit sky whilst the children play in the games room. Located at the end of a private driveway, this superb detached property presents a tranquil haven, tucked away from the bustle of the world. The heart of the home is a captivating open plan living space.
Charlotte loves spending time exploring with the family or pottering in the garden. She enjoys crafting, and has decorated the house with her own artwork. Alex is a keen carpenter and loves kite surfing and mountain biking.
Nestled near the North Cornish coastline, yet surrounded by woodland and fields beyond, this really is a perfect retreat. The village of Porthtowan boasts a mermaid pool (outdoor large rock pool/swimming pool) which is visible at low tide, and amenities including a village shop and several places to eat. While exploring the rock pools and following the coast path, look out for the occasional dolphin, seal or basking shark that call these waters home. Head to the village of St Agnes with more beaches, coves and eateries. Watch the sunset at the Beacon with a locally bought takeaway. Once you have finished investigating the local area, venture a little further afield to some of Cornwall’s most popular attractions, which include The Eden Project, Godrevy and St. Ives, all within 20 miles.
