FAMILY HOME ENVIRONMENT We do NOT accept third party bookings and request photographic ID upon booking. We are NOT in the centre of the city. We are 2 miles out, approximately a 35 minute walk/8 minute drive. We are on the First bus C2 bus route. If you want to be in the centre of the city we are not for you. Due to our upcoming refurbishment breakfast, snacks, cans and foods are now located in the dining area. We have a sideboard and fridge with everything you need inside or on the top. You are welcome to help yourself to anything you like. Tea and coffee still provided in the rooms. NO FOOD TO BE TAKEN INTO BEDROOMS Each ROOM has, FREE Cleaning, FREE Toiletries in the bathroom, FREE Hairdryer, FREE Parking, FREE FAST Wifi, FREE TV has a firestick with live Sports, latest release movies and series, FREE Netflix, FREE Prime, The DELUXE ROOM FOR 2/Platinum Room hosts a king size bed and is the larger room of the 2 and has a portable Air Conditioner. The DELUXE ROOM FOR 1 PERSON/Gold Room. This is a small room and hosts a small double bed and is equipped with an air cooler. We offer good value for money bed and breakfast with lots of added extras. If you are hungry or thirsty help yourself to a drink and snacks for the duration of your stay, you are welcome to use the rest of the house. The 2 shower rooms, kitchen, lounge and garden are shared spaces for guests to use. Female safe space, locks on bedroom doors that lock from inside & outside. Decorated in a calming restful boutique style to give you the best possible nights sleep so you wake up feeling refreshed for your day ahead. EV charging on-site, added charge. Maximum house occupancy 4 adults, including mum. First and foremost this a family home from home, I want my guests to relax and enjoy their stay. Host with my mum who lives in the house. She is very quiet and the house is a calming environment. We are NON CONTACT hosts and leave you in peace. Please close the bedroom doors quietly so as not to disturb other guests who may be sleeping. The kitchen has allocated Air B&B cupboards. Please show respect and do not go through the rest as they belong to mum.
Pretty quiet area, set in a cul-de-sac comprising of 7 family houses. No Uber in Chelmsford. We are on the First bus C2 bus route. First bus C2 bus to Broomfield Hospital or city centre, takes 10 minutes. Walk to city centre around 25/30 mins. Direct trains from Chelmsford to Norwich, Colchester, Stratford and Liverpool St. 30 mins by car to Stansted Airport. 30 mins by car to Southend Airport.
