Relax for a holiday break or work in this calm, stylish space. 4th floor Penthouse conveniently located just off the A3/M25 with all the local amenities of Cobham nearby. Sainsbury Superstore is 5 minutes walk and the village with a variety of shops and beautiful restaurants including The Ivy 10 minutes walk. Hampton Court Palace, the Siuth Downs and Windsor are 20-30mins drive and there are fast 25 min trains to london from Walton station 10 mins drive away.
