Time to relax and unwind in our spacious home, with so much to do on the doorstep. 10 mins from the Celtic Manor Golf and Spa Resort, circa 30 minutes to Bristol, Cardiff & Brecon Beacons. 10 min walk to the local pub, great restaurants and walks within driving distance Includes Swimming pool, Hot Tub, Pool & Tennis Table, Gym, Bbq, Fire Pit, Children's Play Park & Trampoline, Sauna, Front & Rear Patio areas. Heated pool last week of March through end October - 28-30 degrees, pool non-heated outside these dates The indoor pool is accessible via the property, via the gym entrance, both doors will be fully locked upon arrival. Should guests wish to use the gym, swimming pool or outside hot tub, they do so at their own risk. * Please note this is not a party house, and does not accept any hens/stags. * Max occupancy is for 8 guests including children, extra charges will be applied for any additional guests, please provide your own bedding/lilo
