The property benefits from double glazing & is furnished with British built furniture throughout. It is 500m from the beach. The outside area is of a really good size and private, it sees the sun the whole day & is truly a sun trap, luckily the beach is just a few hundred meters away & provides a nice breeze. the kitchen is really very well equipped boasting a full set of cooking and baking utensils, slow cook pots, smoothie makers and much more.
I live away in the Middle East. Myself and the family sometimes use the residence in the Summer while on vacation. I love sport, music, keeping fit & of course most of all, my family. We hope you enjoy your time in our Second home. I am available on my Mobile phone 24/7. If there are any issues I cant correct remotely, I have a manager available to come and help you out.
3 minute walk to the main avenue, and 500m or 4 mins walk to the beach and bars / nightlife. Parking is available on roads in the area, and not a problem finding a space.
