A new, fully refurbished, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment along the sandy beach front, with parking. Near the historic tidal pool, a few steps from the Old Town, Turner Gallery, Dreamland, Oval, Northdown, nice cafe's & venues Shoreside’s refurbishment was completed in the Summer of 2024, inspired by years of travelling to hotels and Airbnb's around the world, where we didn’t mind paying more for a quality stay. You'll enjoy having plenty of space to move around inside this bright apartment with its own private entrance directly from the street, free parking, a private courtyard at the rear and everything on one level. Sleeping: You’ll enjoy a great sleep on our plump double beds, with high quality Flaxby mattresses, topped with 2 x hi-tech toppers for maximum comfort. Each bed has 4 pillows, 2 down feather and 2 anti-allergen pillows, plus 2 soft cushions, crispy white sheets and a warm carpet for you to walk on as you step out of bed. The master bedroom has a down duvet, with the option to have anti-allergen, with advance notice. Storage: You'll also find lots of storage space throughout the apartment, with a mix of fitted wardrobes, open rails, cupboards, hangers, sleek hooks for your clothes, luggage and shoes. Bathing and Showering: The main bathroom is a spacious designer style wet room with a large walk-in shower and large bath tub, that you can slump into, soak and relax at the end of the day. The ensuite bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, with a shower and lots of shelves to store your own items. You’ll also find mirrors and lots of sleek hooks for your towels in each bathroom. Guests will have their own large bath sheets and all key toiletries such as shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, moisturisers and access to a hair dryer and straighteners in the Eating & Drinking: If you decide to eat in, the brand new kitchen is filled with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, all key appliances and utensils to make a family meal.
This apartment has been inspired by my many years of experience travelling to different hotels as I have taken my favourite elements to create a luxurious experience for my guests.
The apartment is set in the quieter and calmer side of Cliftonville on the beachfront, with the hustle and bustle of the main sands just a short walk away. There is plenty of on road parking outside the apartment and in the neighbouring roads. There is also a large unofficial parking area that the residents use to the right of the property which you are welcome to use. Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, North Down Road and the Old Town and just a very short walk away and Margate train station is a 20 minute walk away from the apartment.
