A newly built annexe in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to Bath city centre (30-40 minutes walk to the city), yet close to beautiful countryside. Two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom with bath & shower, courtyard garden, wi-fi, TV with free Netflix and free street parking. A luxury home from home. Ideally placed to explore the city of Bath with many popular tourist attractions, shops & restaurants, canal & river activities, great parks and easy links to other areas of interest. Key dates for 2024: Bath Christmas market is 28th November - 15th December
Hosts are Wendy, Tom and our son, Max We live next door and are easily contactable so please let us know if you have any questions during your stay. You may see a single 1 rating review for Little Elm, which is at odds with all the other 9 and 10 rating reviews. This guest didn't stay at our property, he sent a young group who trashed our lovely home. We had to submit a damage claim, which was successful and that's why he left a 1 rating with no comment, which means I can't comment either as the system doesn't allow us to. The support team will not remove reviews and are really unsupportive, which is very upsetting. Most of our guests are lovely but please book to stay at Little Elm via Air bnb as you'll get a better price and it's a much fairer platform for hosts and guests. A quiet, friendly neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from the village of Larkhall with greengrocers, small supermarket, award winning butcher, cafes/restaurants, pubs and more. Alice Park is a short walk away with its large grassy area, play area, children’s bike track, skate park, tennis courts and cafe. There are plenty of other wonderful parks in Bath too. Take a walk or cycle down the canal into Bath, or take a 30-40 minute walk along the roads with good bus links. The other way along the canal takes you out to Warleigh Weir and Bradford on Avon. You can also hire boats on the river/canal. There are plenty of beautiful walks and cycling routes and you can now hire e-scooters from a nearby location to get around.
