Property information

Lynchway is a very cosy two bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It is a few steps away from the historic town mill of Lyme Regis and 150 metres from the beach. One parking permit is provided for a nearby car park.

Neighbourhood information

Lynchway is in the heart of Lyme Regis in the favoured 'Old Town'. It sits between the river Lym which powers the ancient watermill of the Town Mill, a few steps away in the artisan quarter and the pretty Coombe Street which was the historic main street of medieval Lyme Regis. The nearest railway station is Axminster with a direct service from London Waterloo taking just under 3 hours and there's a bus service to Lyme Regis running hourly. If booking a taxi it is advisable to book well in advance of arrival. The nearest airport is Exeter Airport which is about 40 minutes drive from Lyme Regis and has both national and international routes.
