This ground floor and lower ground floor apartment is in a great location to explore Bath's main attractions whilst being on a quiet residential street. On the level entry of the maisonette you will find lovely fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hub, fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. In the fridge you will find milk and coffee and teas beside the kettle. Kitchen is also stocked with all cooking basics like spices, oil, vinegar and all the cleaning products. From the kitchen you enter in to the Living room to relax in the evening by catching up with friend and family, reading a nice book or watching your favourite show on flat screen TV. Down the few steps from the kitchen is a small toilet and the door leading to the private garden with hot tub and dinning set for four. Next level down you will find two bedrooms and the bathroom and the cupboard washer/dryer combo. First bedroom has a king bed, big build in wardrobe and desk. Second bedroom has super king zip and link bed, small build in wardrobe and chest of drawers and desk with mirror over it. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BED IS ALWAY SET AS TWO SINGLE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT TO BE SET UP AS SUPER KING PLEASE NOTIFY US AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. CHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR BOOKINGS MADE ON THE DAY OF THE CHECK IN. In the bathroom you will find walk in shower, sink, mirror and the loo. There is central heating system throughout the property and free WIFI.

Neighbourhood information

Apartment is located in town centre, just few steps away from famous Royal Crescent and The Circus. It is surrounded with lovely restaurants, cafes, delis, as well as the market and it is a great base to explore Bath. Town centre and Roman Baths are only 15 minutes walk away. Even though it is located so close to everything Bath has to offer it is placed in lovely quiet neighbourhood.
