Manor Farm Barn has five bedrooms, each with zip/link beds making super-king-size or twin makeups. One upstairs and one downstairs have en-suites, and there is a further bathroom and cloakroom. The living areas include a kitchen, a utility room, a living/dining room, and a snug. Appliances include an electric Range, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. There is also a travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is ample private, off-road parking, a garden with lawn, patio hot tub, trampoline and furniture, and a rear garden with covered seating area and barbecue. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.4 miles. Please note: This property has a 3-day minimum stay and only accepts Monday or Friday check ins.

Also, Framlingham and its Castle is very much worth a visit with lots of events on throughout the year. For railway enthusiasts, the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway is available; this heritage railway offers a nostalgic journey through the Suffolk countryside, allowing passengers to experience the charm of a bygone era (Please check for opening times). When it comes to dining and entertainment, the Black Horse Inn Thorndon is a popular spot, known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere; with a wide selection of beverages and a menu featuring both classic pub dishes and contemporary offerings, this charming inn is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The Beaconsfield Arms in Occold (with limited opening hours) is an inviting pub that serves up meals in an old Suffolk pub, originally known as the Beer House it dates from 1844, whilst the Stoke White Horse on the A140 is open all day every day with a varied menu.
