The Studio is in our unique self-build home which we designed to be future proof and environmentally friendly. The studio has a modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining space. A separate bathroom with a shower and a mezzanine floor to the bedroom area. As a new build external works have yet to be totally completed around the main house, but this does not affect our guest accommodation.
My husband and I enjoy cycling, walking and travelling. We have enjoyed designing and building our house, and making it unique.
Located in the beautiful village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire. The village has a wonderful community shop, pub, gastropub and a restaurant. Walks through the surrounding countryside crisscross throughout the village and its just a short 18 min walk to the train station where trains run to York (11 mins) and Leeds (15 mins). With open views to the front and rear of the property.
