“Location was very central to midhurst, which is a lovely little town. property is on a busy road but quite at night we managed to park outside the property.”

Marden has very recently been fully renovated to a very high standard. It has 2 high standard bedrooms and a state of the art bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. Downstairs there is a combined dining room with a log burner and a living room with flat screen TV. The kitchen has all new appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
Marden is located in the town of Midhurst a well known market town with many local attractions. The house is in easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
