    The location was absolutely outstanding. Right in the middle of the town with everything on your doorstep. Less than 10 mins to old course / beach etc. Flat had a lovely big window in the living room that you could sit and watch the world go by.

Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box which you will be provided with the code.

The property is located one level up from the street. The accommodation layout is as follows: First Floor - 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with cabin-style bunk beds. Kitchen/Living room area with free wifi, smart TV and dining table. 1 bathroom with shower. Please note that pay and display parking is available directly outside but is limited. Free on street parking is available on The Scores, Kinnessburn Road and Hope Street (all around 5/10 mins walk away). Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. EPC Rating D

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Getting Around Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
