Founded in 2020, we set out to imagine a new way of living, with flexibility at the heart. With peaceful home-from-home private studios and large communal spaces for residents and guests to enjoy, you’ll find a genuine sense of home, whether you are staying for just a night or settling in for longer. Each house tells its own story but they are connected by a shared desire to live differently and to design for a life well-lived.

Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey is a boutique guesthouse in a lovingly restored Edwardian factory close to the River Thames. Formed of 28 private studios complete with everything you need, each fully furnished with a bed, kitchen and en suite bathroom. You’ll find a genuine sense of home, whether you are staying for just a night or settling in for longer. We’ve consciously designed each private studio from the cork floors to the linen headboards, each design choice considers the environmental impact and places your well-being at the forefront. Each studio comes fully furnished with a comfy, luxury mattress and bed linen. There’s an ample wardrobe for all your clothes and the ottoman storage bed frame for you to store anything larger. The kitchen is equipped with top of the range SMEG appliances including a hob, oven, and fridge. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are all provided along with a table and chairs for two. There’s also a coffee machine with Caravan coffee, Canton tea, and oat milk for you to enjoy. All en suites include a waterfall shower, plus organic bathroom amenities and towels. There’s a hairdryer in each studio, a smart TV for when you want to chill and super fast WiFi when you need to get your head down. With digital key card access you can come and go as you please, and our House Manager will be on hand should you need anything.

Bermondsey has a thriving cultural scene and top-notch restaurants lining the streets, with Southbank and the Tate, Borough Market, White Cube Gallery and Maltby Street Market all on your doorstep. Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey is well connected. We’re just a 10-minute walk from London Bridge, and a 20-minutes walk into the city.
