Mengarth is a substantial detached house a few yards from the sea in the charismatic fishing village of Cadgwith. The house has reverse level accommodation and sleeps eight people. On the first floor are the sitting room, kitchen and dining hall plus one bedroom and bathroom. There are three further bedrooms on the ground floor plus two shower rooms. Accessed from the kitchen is a patio with furniture while the outlook from the steep terraced garden is unbeatable (be sure to take care on the steps). There is off road parking for two cars. Mengarth is a place for all who love the smell of sea air, fresh fish from the boat, rock pool expeditions, cliff top rambles, sea shanties, time with family and friends and good food and beer at the 300 year old smugglers' inn. Note: Please state at the point of booking if you require the zip link beds in the twin bedroom to be left as twin beds or to be zip linked together to make a super king. Please note, in the absence of requesting twin beds, the zip-link shall be made up as a super The baths Jacuzzi system doesn't work but can be used as a normal bath (note why it is not advertised with Jacuzzi Check in time for this property is 6pm. Note: The steps up through the terrace garden are very steep and some steps are higher than average, with no hand rail. There is a gate at the bottom but care must be taken and children supervised at all times.

Cadgwith could not be lovelier; it is the destination to slow down and unwind, where modern world stresses are shut out. Cadgwith is a little village with a big social calendar; gig racing, a regatta, summer barbecues and live music feature through the year.
