The property is a short walk of five minutes to Broadstairs train station or Viking Bay sea front which is also five minutes walk away from the property. Pierremont Park is directly opposite Pierrement Hall is a historical building with a beautiful park area and playground. Pierremont Hall is often used for events weddings and fairs. Broadstairs is a busy town with many interesting shops to explore and wonderful bars and restaurants many with sea views. There are often musicians performing in local pubs regularly and annual festivals of music and celebrating the famous writer Charles Dickens where people dress up in the clothes representing that era. Depending on your interests whether its amusements fun sea side shops or Morellis for ice cream or finding out about surfing or sailing or even mini golf. Broadstairs has a lot to offer and the walks towards Ramsgate a Harbour Heritage town or Margate with Dreamland and many concerts full of vintage shops and art especially offering the Turner Gallery. It is a safe neighbourhood and many of the businesses are family run.
