Your Quay to relaxation Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

Spacious ultra-modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom house, sleeping up to 4 lucky guests! Just a short car-free stroll to one of Bournemouth’s best blue-flag beaches. Private entrance opening into ground floor hallway. Spacious open-plan living/dining room with full-width bi-fold doors and a substantial rooflight, letting the light flood in and offering wonderful views over the private garden. Further full-height windows and patio doors to the dining and kitchen areas really bring the outside in. A beautiful, fitted kitchen has everything a cook could need, and the extensive breakfast bar makes mealtimes a thoroughly social experience. On the first floor, there are two generous bedrooms - the master bedroom offering a flexible configuration with 3’ single beds or a 6ft zip-and-link and a luxurious en-suite shower room plus a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden. The second double bedroom, with a full en-suite bathroom with shower over, offers a king-size double bed. Parking - One dedicated parking space at the front of the property. Further parking available on-street on a first-come, first-served basis. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Heating. Hairdryer. Technology - WIFI. TV in lounge. Kitchen - Oven / ceramic 4-burner hob, fridge/freezer, built-in microwave, washing machine, wine fridge. Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. Same day bookings can be accepted if received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be arranged if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Neighbourhood information

The upmarket town of Westbourne (just outside Bournemouth) is a fascinating coastal village with a beautiful Victorian covered arcade. Thriving shopping district of independent boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs. It's popular for quiet strolls to the chines that run down to the sandy beaches passing clifftop green spaces such as Argyll Gardens and Alum Chine with it's quaint suspension bridge. The beaches are just 5 minutes walk.
