This delightful house comes with 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, separate dining room, and a brand new fully-equipped kitchen. A large beautiful 'Spanish-style' garden is to the rear leading to 5 private parking spaces. Based in a residential location for easy access to local shops, the Leicestershire countryside and the M1.
