A comfortable detached 2 storey house, located in Portstewart, Northern Ireland. With conservatory, outside enclosed Patio containing table, chairs and parasol, central heating and open fire if desired and quiet. The property is approved by TourismNI. The property is in easy reach of many Tourist attractions and Amenities including: Golf- Royal Portrush- Open is here in 2025; Portstewart Golf club; Castlerock Golf club and several other Golf courses in easy reach. Giants Causeway World Heritage site Bushmills Whiskey Distillery Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge Ballycastle- Rathlin Island Ferry Service. Rathlin is famous as a Puffin nesting sanctuary. Dark Hedges- Game of Thrones Many beaches including Portstewart Strand owned by National Trust; Portrush East Strand, West Strand and White Rocks. Numerous cafes, restaurants and bars within easy reach. Supermarkets and shops nearby, convenient for self-catering guests. Numerous Art Galleries and Art Shops Coleraine is main shopping town and also has cinema and Bowling- 5 miles from Portstewart.
