Property information

This property is only 200 yards from the very centre of vibrant Newmarket and the high street where there is easy access to all the usual conveniences. Fully refurbished in July 2016, the house has been kitted out for modern living with wet rooms, Smart TV and a great outdoor decked terrace for socialising, dining or enjoying a crisp glass of wine as the sun goes down. Conveniently placed from the train station and just round the corner from Newmarket Racecourse. Accommodation, facilities and amenities are laid out over 3 floors. The property does not have level access and with steep stairs in some areas and so may be less suitable for the elderly, those with limited mobility or young children. The dining area has limited space so may not be suitable for comprehensive dining at full occupation. There is however more space for alfresco dining on the terrace. House Rules - Age restrictions apply. Guests must be 25 and over (apart from accompanied children). ID will be verified at registration and bookings will be cancelled if the above criteria is not met. Events and parties are not permitted at the property and noise restrictions strictly apply after 10:30pm. Use of garden area is not permitted after 10:30pm. Guests with new accounts without reviews or existing accounts with negative reviews will be unable to book the accommodation.

Neighbourhood information

The property is only a 3 minute walk from the Market Square, Waitrose supermarket, Newmarkets shopping centre and both butchers that make Newmarkets infamous Powters and Musks Sausages. Newmarket Racecourse is a 15 minute walk away allowing a short walk back home after a day at the racing. Tattersalls Horse Auctioneers, the Racing Museum and the Equine hospital are also close by. Those travelling in by train can walk to the property from the station or if preferred or laden with luggage can easily raise one of Newmarkets distinctive Black and Yellow Taxis. On-road parking is unrestricted if travelling in by car.
