About this property
In 20 acres of peaceful parkland, this Georgian manor house has a pool, leisure facilities and free Wi-Fi. Milton Hill House is 5 minutes’ walk from local pubs and 25 minutes’ drive from historic Oxford. With an LCD TV with Sky channels, a laptop safe and private bathroom, each room also has free tea/coffee. Standard and comfort rooms are located in the purpose-built accommodation wing, or the Gable Cottages. Only premium rooms and suites are located in the manor house. Guests have free access Milton Hill House’s leisure facilities, including a mini-gym, sauna, steam room and spa bath. For more active guests there is a football pitch, croquet and volleyball. A choice of coffees and teas are on offer free in the restaurant and bar. Serving a cooked full English breakfast every morning, the restaurant also provides a varied evening menu. Milton Hill House offers free parking, and is just off the A34, a 15-minute drive from the M4 motorway. Walking for wellness is a simple, accessible, and a highly effective way to improve overall health and well-being. That’s why, at our venue, we have designed a ‘Walk for Wellness’, that can be easily incorporated into your time with us. The fine print
Breakfast is free for children aged 0 – 6 years.
Milton does not have family rooms, instead a limited number of double rooms can accommodate 1 z-bed/cot. Z-beds/cots are complimentary, however a room upgrade charge may apply.
Children aged 7-12 years will be charged GBP 3.50 per child per breakfast.
Children aged 13 and above are charged at full adult rate.
Please note that Milton Hill House do not provide dining options on Christmas Day, and on Friday and Saturdays in December unless guests are attending Christmas party nights.

We’re upgrading some of our facilities between 1 April – 31 July 2025. While our reception, restaurant and bar are temporarily relocated, food and drink will still be available throughout your stay. Bedrooms and leisure facilities remain unaffected. Our team is on hand to assist with any questions. Thank you for your understanding.
