You may park in any bay available, except for disabled bays unless you have the disabled pass. The flat is a 7 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport terminal 2 & 3. You can also take buses SL9/105/111/278 from Heathrow Central Bus Station to Harlington Corner bus stop and then it is a 9 minute walk to the flat. 10 minutes drive from Heathrow Terminal 1 & 4. 15 minutes drive from Heathrow Terminal 5.
