Ideal for exploring Dartmoor, it's perfect for families, individuals, business travelers, and guests with mobility needs, featuring wheelchair accessibility, a lift, wide doors, and step-free access. Key Features: - Accessible: Step-free access, a lift, wide doors, and modern fittings ensure comfort for all guests. - Spacious Layout: Two bedrooms (king-size and zip-link singles) with an additional small double sofa bed in the lounge. - Bathrooms: One main bathroom and an en-suite in the master bedroom. - Modern Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and close proximity to all town amenities. - Quirky Features: Ensure the fridge and freezer doors are fully closed, and manage the range hood carefully to keep it running. Parking: - Parking is available for small to medium sized cars ONLY. Space 7 in the Elbow Lane carpark is located 30m from the apartment front door. Long wheel base vehicles and vans are specifically excluded by the carpark manager. For your own sake, park wholly within the allocated space. Management reserve the right to (and do) wheel clamp any oversized vehicles or vehicles that impede access to the carpark or other user spaces. Hefty fines apply. - Alternative parking is also available. The Brook Street car park ( PL19 OHD) offers undercover, all day, parking from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. Carparks within 400m of the apartment offering 24hr parking are: Bedford (PL19 0EA) has a charge, is free overnight and has 4 electric vehicle charging stations.
