Welcome to this newly decorated and modernised home, located in a safe and sought after area. Perfect for all types of stay - holiday, leisure, work, visiting family etc. Situated in a convenient location in Rainham, Kent - close to the local amenities, short walking distance to town centre, train station (with direct trains in to London), pubs, bars, shops & more. Including 2 spacious bedrooms with double and king size bed (as well as a blow up bed if required), large bathroom, large open living room with sofa, dining area, Smart TV including all Virgin TV channels, Sky Sports & BT Sport subscription, Netflix & more, modern fully equipped kitchen, large garden and a convenient parking spot for your stay.

Peaceful neighbourhood with nice, quiet neighbours The property is located just off the A2 in the centre of Rainham, with a convenient parking spot opposite the property. Rainham, Kent is a nice area with lots of places to go to eat, drink, shop and more.
