A recently refurbished 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on a quiet complex. The property offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 guests. A private entrance leads to the hallway with the master bedroom offering a king size, comfortable bed and ample storage and blackout window coverings. A single bedroom to the left with smple storage and blackout window coverings. The modern shower room offers a walk in shower complimented by toilet and hand basin. The open plan lounge/dining area is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and modern white contemporary furniture, There is a TV with free view channels and FREE WIFI throughout your stay. The kitchen is located off the dining area and is finished in white high gloss units with dark grey splashbacks and worktops. There is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The kitchen also offers plenty of equipment for your self catering stay.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk away from the historical town centre of Droitwich Spa. It is within close proximity to Droitwich Train Station and 5 minutes by car away from J5 of the M5 which is then closely connected to the M42, M40 and M6 intersections. An ideal location for access to the NEC and Birmingham airport which is around 30 minutes away. The town is surrounded by some aazing rural areas and National Trust sites. A 30 minute drive away is the famous Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham, Malvern and many more interesting places to visit.
