Situated in the popular area of Chigwell, this recently renovated 3-bedroom luxury home with modern interior comfortably sleeps 6 and comes with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a newly equipped kitchen and large spacious living room with dining area. WHAT PEOPLE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: Large spacious living room perfect for families or small groups. Great location with Grange Hill Tube station a minute walk away making Central London only a 30 minute tube ride away.

Chigwell has a number of popular restaurants nearby including the famous Sheesh Turkish Restaurant where many a footballer has been seen at. Chigwell is also the home to Chigwell Top Golf, which is an extremely popular joint for all ages to enjoy a game of mini golf along with food and drink. Next to Top Golf is the David Lloyd Leisure Park. Papillon Italian Restaurant is also extremely popular in Chigwell, along with the vast range of beauty establishments, such as sunbed shops, hairdressers and nail bars. Chigwell also has many fashion boutiques specialising in women's clothing. Epping Forest is one of the man attractions of Chigwell. Epping Forest is of national and international conservation importance and home to over 50,000 ancient pollard trees and 100 lakes and ponds. The forest is free to visit and is open 365 days of the year. Chigwell is served by Chigwell Station and Grange Hill Station, both on the Central Line of the London Underground. London is only a 20 minute tube ride away!
