A 7 min drive from the Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure Park and 35 mins from BeWilderwood the property benefits from excellent road links, A47 (2 Mins) A11 (10 Mins). The Norfolk showground is only a 10 min drive. The market town of Dereham a 7 min drive hosting a variety of supermarkets and amenities including Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl. The histotic city of Norwich only a 20 min drive boasting, Norwich castle, a variety of Museums, great shopping, fabulous restaurants and excellent night life. Contractors welcome.

Neighbourhood information

Hockering is a lovely quiet village it has a play park and football pitch within walking distance. There is also a village shop, post office, motor garage and The Victoria pub only a 5 minute walk. Hockering is a lovely quiet village just off the A47. The Village is serviced by the X1 bus that regularly travels between Peterborough and Lowestoft taking in both Dereham and Norwich bus stations on the route.
